Be first to score deals on rare items or make some cash before Connecticon officially opens their dealer room.
July 16th – Connecticon Pre-sale Early Bird Market
Vendors may begin load-in on Thursday is at 12:00 PM through the front entrance of Infinity Music Hall.
Doors will open to attendees at 3:00 PM. Vendors are required to remain open until at least 7:00 PM. The event concludes at 9:00 PM.
All vendor spaces must be fully cleared and cleaned by 11:00 PM. Please ensure no items are left behind, as additional cleaning fees may apply.
Vendors are invited to contribute one item to be featured in the evening auction, which will take place from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Auction items will be promoted to attendees in advance by Convivial Fest and Fandom Flea. To participate, please email details of the item you wish to enter by June 16. Auction winners will be sent to the vendors booth to make payment. After payment is completed they may collect their item.

All Weekend Vendors will be provided with an 8ftX8ft booth ,table and two chairs at Infinity Music Hall ( 32 Front St Hartford CT ) for merchandise sales from July 16–19, 2026.

Please note: Vendors who choose to remove merchandise nightly will have a maximum of 30 minutes following the close of vending to complete load-out. The building will be locked 30 minutes after vending concludes each evening.
